This no-bake strawberry cream pie with a graham cracker crust, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries is the perfect summer dessert. Creamy, fruity, and irresistibly delicious, it’s an easy make-ahead treat for any occasion!
3 C Crushed Graham crackers
1/2 C coconut sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
2 containers of Tru Whip, or 18 ounces of homemade whipped cream
1/2 C coconut sugar
2 packs of cream cheese
4 C strawberries, blended
Butter the bottom of a glass 9x13 dish.
Crush or blend graham crackers in a food processor.
Mix the rest of the crust ingredients together.
Lightly press the mixture on the bottom of the dish.
Bake for 10 minutes, 350°. Cool after baking.
Blend strawberries until chunky, not liquified.
Mix softened cream cheese and coconut sugar together with a stand-up or hand mixer on high, until no clumps.
Add the blended strawberries and mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in the whipped cream by hand so it doesn’t liquefy.
Once the crust is cool, add the filling over the crust and put it in the freezer overnight or for at least 4 hours. Store in the freezer, in a tightly sealed container.
