A refreshing, nutrient-packed green juice made with leafy greens, cucumber, celery, apples, lemon, and ginger—perfect for an energizing boost.
3 large handfuls spinach
2 large stalks of Swiss chard
3 large stalks of kale
1 large cucumber
1 large stalk of celery
3 sprigs parsley
3 medium green apples (omit if avoiding fruit)
1 large red apple (omit it avoiding fruit)
1 lemon (peeled)
1 knuckle-size ginger
Wash and prep all produce (peel lemon, chop large pieces if needed).
Run all ingredients through a juicer, alternating leafy greens and juicy produce for best extraction.
Stir juice well and pour into glasses.
Serve immediately for maximum freshness, or refrigerate in a sealed glass container for up to 24 hours.
