Whip up these no-bake donut holes made with Brazil nuts, oats, coconut oil, and maple syrup. A gluten-free, vegan-friendly treat that’s naturally sweetened and perfect for a healthy snack or dessert!
2 cups of Brazil nuts
1/2 cup of oat flour
1 cup flaked oats (quick oats will do but flakes are better)
1/3 cup Virgin coconut oil
1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup (determines sweetness)
1/3 C coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Chop Brazil nuts in a food processor until finely chopped. Mix with oat flour and flaked oats.
In a separate bowl mix together coconut oil and maple syrup.
Combine all ingredients together.
Squeeze small amounts together to form small doughnut holes.
Mix together in a small bowl and dip each side of the doughnut hole in the mixture.
Put completed doughnut holes on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and put them into the refrigerator for a few hours.
