Tender, juicy chicken slow-cooked in smoky-sweet BBQ sauce and spices—perfect for sandwiches, salads, or a simple weeknight dinner.
¾ cup BBQ sauce (Organicville or Kinders Organic recommended)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a slow cooker, combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Add chicken breasts, cover, and cook:
On low: 4–6 hours
On high: 2–4 hours
Remove chicken and let rest ~10 minutes. Shred with two forks.
Return shredded chicken to slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly in sauce.
Serve warm.
