Every day we are bombarded with toxins from polluted air, drinking and bathing water, hygiene and beauty products, to foods and beverages ladened with chemicals, additives, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, oxidative oils and other harmful ingredients.

All of these toxins can have harmful and long term effects that build up and overwhelm many systems in the body. They negatively impact the metabolism and hormones, impair the digestive system, and zap energy levels. Ultimately causing degeneration and disease.

The good news is you can detox these things OUT of the body. And you don’t have to wait for a special time of the year. You can start TODAY! 
Detoxing doesn’t need to be harsh, complicated, or have you running for the bathroom all day long. With a little extra time you can detox on a daily basis. There are over 30 ways to get your daily detox on, I’ll find the ones that work for you. Now don’t get me wrong, a comprehensive detox still needs to happen each year, but when you detox daily it makes a comprehensive detox feel like a breeze.

I have been incorporating daily detox methods for so many years I don’t view them as detoxing, they are habits, and part of my daily routine. These vital methods are constantly cleaning my blood, strengthening my genetic weaknesses, and neutralizing killer-molecules I’m met with once I walk out my front door.

In my practice I go into great depth with each person as to which detox methods I feel would be best to start implementing. Depending on an individual’s current health situation I may only have them start a few things and build on those each visit, but for others who are actively living a healthy lifestyle I expect more, and they want more.
